We may also use information in aggregated or de-identified form for analytics, capacity planning, and service improvement.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted vendors and service providers that help us operate the business and platform, such as hosting providers, infrastructure vendors, analytics tools, customer support tools, email providers, and payment processors.

For example, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Those providers process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

DeepLayer provides managed infrastructure for customer workloads. Customer content, files, prompts, configurations, backups, logs, and other hosted data may be processed and stored as needed to deliver the service, support your environment, perform backups, maintain security, and investigate incidents.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for the data you place on the platform, and for configuring your own retention, access, and operational policies where those controls are available.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business and security records.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and operational requirements. You may also request that we limit or object to certain processing where applicable.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you may use any unsubscribe link we provide or contact us directly. We may still send transactional or service-related communications when necessary.

Browser controls may allow you to manage cookies or similar technologies, though disabling them may affect some site or platform functionality.

DeepLayer may process information in countries other than the one where you are located. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.

Our services are intended for businesses and adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
